  • 2.1 Dropshipping Model: Buymeall operates on a dropshipping model. We are an intermediary facilitating transactions between you, the customer, and our third-party supplier, Roposo.

  • 2.2 Fulfillment: The products listed on the Site are physically stocked, packaged, and shipped directly from our supplier's (Roposo's) warehouses. We do not hold inventory ourselves.

  • 2.3 Reliance on Supplier: While we strive for accuracy, the availability, quality, shipping times, and pricing of products are largely dependent on our supplier, Roposo. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the supplier is unable to fulfill it.

3. Products, Availability, and Accuracy

  • 3.1 Product Information: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Service are completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

  • 3.2 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service or products.

  • 3.3 Cancellation: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our supplier, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund.

  • 4.1 Order Acceptance: Your order submission constitutes an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and our supplier (Roposo).

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • 5.2 Estimated Times: Delivery times provided are estimates only. Since fulfillment is managed by Roposo and their logistics partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen logistics issues.

  • 5.3 Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (when Roposo's partner picks up the package).

6. Returns and Refunds

  • 6.1 Returns Policy: Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • 6.2 Compliance: You agree to adhere strictly to the procedures and timelines outlined in the Returns & Refunds Policy to ensure we can successfully process your request with Roposo.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Buymeall and its licensors (including Roposo for product content). Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Buymeall, nor its directors, employees, or suppliers (including Roposo), be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Buymeall and its licensors from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Service or a breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Balurghat, West Bengal, India.
