This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through Buymeall (https://buymeall.store). As a dropshipping store, we act as an intermediary, and products are shipped directly from our supplier, Roposo. By purchasing from Buymeall, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We provide a return window designed to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.

  • Qualifying Reasons: We accept returns for items that are:

    • Damaged or defective upon arrival.

    • Incorrect (the wrong item or size was shipped).

  • Exclusions: We generally do not accept returns for "Change of Mind" or damage resulting from customer misuse/wear and tear.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your product is eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Documentation: To process your request with our supplier, you must include:

    • Your Order Number.

    • A detailed description of the issue.

    • Mandatory: Clear photographs or a short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

  3. Review Process: We will coordinate with Roposo and respond within 2-3 business days with approval and next steps.

  4. Shipping: If approved, we will provide instructions. Do not send the item back to our administrative office or the manufacturer without prior authorization.

4. Refunds

Once the supplier receives and inspects your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Payment Method: Credits will be applied automatically to your original method of payment.

  • Scope: Refunds cover the cost of the item and applicable taxes. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Late Refunds: If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then reach out to us at buymeall.store@gmail.com.
