1. Overview and Order Fulfillment

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the Buymeall website (https://buymeall.store). Buymeall operates on a dropshipping model, which means:

  • No Physical Inventory: We do not hold physical stock at our administrative office.

  • Direct Fulfillment: All products are sourced and shipped directly from our supplier, Roposo, and their associated warehouses across India.

  • Seamless Processing: Once you place an order, we transmit it to Roposo for immediate processing, packing, and shipping.

2. Shipping Service Area

  • Domestic: We currently ship to addresses all across India.

  • International: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on most orders across India. Any exceptions for oversized or heavy items will be clearly marked on the product page.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for most pin codes. A small convenience fee for COD may apply, which will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Window: All orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and verify.

  • Handover: After verification, orders are handed over to the shipping carrier by our supplier (Roposo).

  • Please note: Processing time is separate from the actual shipping transit time.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is shipped, not the day you place the order.

  • Standard Delivery: The estimated delivery time is typically 5 to 10 business days after the order has been processed.

  • Location Variance: Delivery times can vary based on the specific location, pin code, and the efficiency of the delivery partner (especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities).

  • Important Note on Delays: As a dropshipping store, we rely on our supplier and their logistics partners. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to high-volume seasons (festivals), weather, or carrier issues.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

7. Delivery Attempts and RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Our delivery partners will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful (unreachable customer, incorrect address, or refusal), the package will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to the supplier.

  • In case of RTO, we will attempt to contact you for verification. Re-shipping may incur a new shipping charge, which the customer will be responsible for.

8. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately at buymeall.store@gmail.com.

Warning: Once the order is processed by the supplier, the address cannot be changed. Buymeall is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer input error.
